Our 4-Stage Process
Deep Clean
Surfaces are thoroughly washed to remove moss, dirt and debris.
Joint Rebuild
Fresh kiln-dried sand is brushed in and compacted for tight, stable joints.
Joint Seal Application
Patio Guard joint seal is evenly applied to penetrate and bind the sand, creating a firm, weather-resistant barrier.
Final Inspection
Each section is checked for uniform joint definition and a professional finish.
